Aglaia Software LLC delivers professional services governed by individual statements of work. The following describes our general approach to refunds.
Discovery & deposits
Discovery fees and project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover senior team time committed in advance.
Milestone-based engagements
Fees for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted milestones may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the engagement is terminated.
Retainers
Monthly retainers may be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for the current billing month once initiated.

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us at support@chromesaga.com. We work to make every engagement right.
